Terms and conditions agreement:

Valid ID required.
All parties will sign and acknowledge the pre-condition check list, the safety check list, and the Florida Boaters License acknowledgment. A temporary license may be completed prior to the reservation at https://www.boat-ed.com/florida/
Parties born prior to January 1, 1988 do not require the Florida Boaters License.
All copyright rules, intended or unintended, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc. are at the mercy of the copyright owner.
All federal, state, and local laws will be followed by all party members while renting the boat. Any behavior that causes any disturbance will make the renter liable for any expenses incurred by Robert's Boat Rentals or any of it's entities.
Cancellations are only accepted prior to 24 hour notice. If notice is less than 24 hours, the party will be charged a $150 cancellation fee.

Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund policy:

In case of inclement weather, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Robert's Boat Rentals.
A refund will only be considered if half of the day was lost due to unexpected inclement weather.
Reason for refund request must be submitted in writing to RBRentals26@yahoo.com
Process for refund will be determined once the written request has been received.
Contact details must be provided in the written request for refund.
